What we do

Stablecoins, tokenised bonds, private ledgers, and new networks are moving into production. The application usually works. What breaks is everything around it: getting the right data out of the network, turning it into something finance understands, and keeping every system in agreement.

Vendors end up rebuilding the same integration backend for every customer: connectors, event mappings, ledger sync, deposit handling, reconciliation, audit evidence. Private networks make it harder, because data is scoped to each participant and often has to stay inside the customer's own boundary.

REM makes tokenised-finance applications work with the systems their customers already use. It turns authorised ledger activity into canonical financial state and events, coordinates durable workflows, and reconciles outcomes across chains, custody, books and records, and enterprise systems.

How REM works

• REM Edge. Connectors for public and private EVM networks, Tempo Zones, custody platforms, and internal sources, deployed in our cloud, your VPC, on-premises, or embedded in your product.
• REM Model. Canonical financial objects and lifecycle events, so a transfer, deposit, coupon, or redemption means the same thing in every downstream system.
• REM Sync. Delivery through APIs, webhooks, Kafka-compatible streams, databases, warehouses, and enterprise schemas.
• REM Flow. Durable automation across services, approvals, and customer-controlled transactions.
• REM Reconcile. Continuous comparison across ledger, custody or provider, bank, and internal books, with explainable breaks and recovery evidence.

What REM does not do

REM is software for connectivity, canonical state, workflows, and reconciliation. We do not hold customer funds, keys, or custody, issue tokens, operate networks, or perform regulated execution. Your team, custodian, bank, or licensed provider stays the execution endpoint, and the compliance vendors you already use stay in place: REM connects them into the workflow.
