About REM

We build the infrastructure layer between finance and blockchains.

What we do

Stablecoins, tokenised credit, on-chain treasuries, programmable settlement — a new financial layer is moving into production. Institutions do not need a crypto experiment. They need infrastructure that fits the financial systems they already run.

The distance between a working primitive and something a regulated institution can actually use is wide. Issuance, custody, compliance, reporting, and day-to-day operations all have to hold up to internal controls and vendor review.

REM provides the software layer that connects those controls to public blockchains, institutional networks, and private DLTs. Banks, asset managers, PSPs, VASPs, and licensed operators use it to integrate stablecoin flows, reconcile on-chain activity, and run private settlement workflows without rebuilding their financial stack.

Our solutions

  • Stablecoins. Integrate payments, payouts, treasury movements, and reconciliation across public and private rails, with reporting and policy controls wired into the workflow.
  • Tokenisation. Represent private credit, treasuries, fund shares, and real assets on-chain, with transfer policy and lifecycle servicing connected to existing systems.
  • Private DLTs and Zones. Controlled settlement environments for treasury, intercompany, and institutional flows that need privacy, auditability, and public-network interoperability.

The team

We're a small team of engineers and operators with backgrounds in payments, stablecoins, tokenisation, and regulated fintech infrastructure. We keep our heads down and let the work speak. For partnership and press, reach us through contact.
